Breaking: One Of The Six Rivals In Contest For UK Prime Minister Crashes Out

UK Conservative Leadership Race Announces Second Ballot Results as one of the six rivals in the contest for the UK prime minister has crashed out of the race following the announcement made available to reporters.

Rishi Sunak, Liz Truss, Penny Mordaunt, Tom Tugendhat, Suella Braverman and Kemi Badenoch are the six contenders in the race as at 14th July.

Suella Braverman has been knocked out of the Conservative leadership race, leaving five candidates to head into the next round.

She came in last place with 27 votes meaning that she is eliminated before the rivals take part in the live television debates, the first of which is scheduled for tomorrow evening.

The final two candidates are due to be selected on Wednesday night, leaving Boris Johnson free to have a final Prime Minister’s Questions.
