Being a Recruitment Specialist for Lifesight means taking on a crucial role in the company's expansion. As a recruitment specialist, you will be tasked with a wide range of duties, such as conducting training sessions, encouraging efficient communication, and hiring and interviewing candidates. Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle-from finding and attracting outstanding people to arranging smooth interviews and working with hiring managers and teams—will be your main goal.
